My teaching draws on Vinyasa Flow yoga style with emphasis on breath, alignment  and fluid flowing movement.

 

 

Vinyasa Flow yoga not only strengthens, opens and detoxifies the body but also relaxes and rejuvenates the mind. 

 

 

Modifications and variations are offered during the practice to suit individual levels of fitness and to accommodate any injuries or specific challenges.
